- Brandi Glanville said that the facial parasite she struggled with for years has returned.

- While Glanville had initially said she contracted the parasite on a *Real Housewives* trip to Morocco, she later blamed ruptured breast implants.

- The reality star noted that she's still searching for answers — and yet another doctor.

Brandi Glanville's long struggle with a facial parasite isn't over.

"I don't know what's wrong with me, guys," the former *Real Housewives of Beverly Hills* star said Thursday on her *Brandi Glanville Unfiltered* podcast. "I thought I was fixed, and then it happened again, and now it's sinking in again."

The reality star expressed her frustration over her condition.

"If I had answers, I would tell you. I've been to a million doctors," Glanville, 53, said. "The only thing that really seems to help is being out in the sun and the parasite medication and the parasite diet. And I don't have answers. Is there a doctor that specializes in parasites? 'Cause I can't find one."

Glanville said that she's connected with others in similar situations by speaking out publicly.

"I have two friends that I met off this podcast because they messaged me, and they're very helpful: Sarah and Nicole," Glanville said. "We all have the same exact symptoms. All three of us had a lot of dental work. We all had black mold poisoning in the past."

Glanville explained in 2023 that she was dealing with a parasite in her face, which she thought was the result of eating food that was improperly stored while in Morocco filming the *Real Housewives' Ultimate Girls Trip*.

In February, she said that she'd found the actual culprit after a sonogram detected that her breast implants had ruptured.

"The woman [who] did the sonogram was like, 'Brandi, you need to get those out yesterday,'" Glanville told the Daily Enquirer via In Touch. "She's like, 'You have a slow leak in your left [implant] and your right [implant] is completely ruptured, and it's in all of your lymph nodes under both arms.'"

The medical technician noted to her that "whatever's going on in your face, it can't drain because your lymph nodes are clogged with silicone.'"

Glanville said she was "shocked," and had learned since then that implants are supposed to be changed every 10 years.

"They're implants that I've had for almost 20 years," she said. "They looked fine. They felt fine. The mammogram said they were fine."

Glanville said in December 2024 that she had already spent an estimated $70,000 on the problem.

She debuted a new look, which she said she had achieved by working with a plastic surgeon, in January.
