Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos' antics continue far beyond the reaches of morning TV and into the bedroom, the *Live With Kelly and Mark* hosts revealed on Wednesday's episode.

During a discussion about odd sleeping habits at the top of the show, Consuelos revealed to the audience that he does "this thing" that involves waking up "around 3:00 in the morning, and I'll just check the time and I'm like, wow, it's 3:00 again. And I'll just go back to sleep."

He then asked his wife, "What do you think that's about?" to which she replied, "I know what it's about. You fall asleep with your cell phone in your hands, on [Instagram] Reels."**

Ripa told him, "You've got your thumb on something. I watch it happen every night," which led Consuelos to reveal an extra tidbit about his late-night habits.

"See, that's why I send people weird stuff all the time!" the upcoming *Scream 7 *actor exclaimed.

Ripa then admitted that Consuelos once sent her "a video in the middle of the night about how to loosen my hip flexors," with her husband throwing his head back and cackling at the surprise reveal.

"Now, if you're a wife and your husbandl, in the middle of the night, 3 a.m., sends you a video about how to loosen your hip flexors?" Ripa asked the laughing audience. "I wake up at 5 a.m., so I don't see this until 5 a.m., and I'm like, what does this mean? What is he trying to tell me?"

Consuelos fessed up to the mixup, and said that he's usually "fumbling around" online before falling asleep.

"It's nice that I'm the person you DM'd that to," Ripa said. "I wonder, who else did you DM that to? Who else got that video? Everybody in your friend group?"

Ripa and Consuelos — who've been married for nearly 30 years and have three children together — have long been open about their bedroom hijinks, with the latter telling the audience in July 2024 that he had a plan to make horse and elephant noises in their shared space to disturb their loud New York City neighbors whose space was under construction at the time.

"I'm like, yeah, should we make some noise and see what those guys say?" he said as the audience applauded the innuendo. "Yee-haw! I don't know, spice it up for them?"
