The Duchess of Sussex has opened up about how her daughter, Princess Lilibet, inspires her courage, describing motherhood as her personal "superpower."
Meghan made the heartfelt revelation while responding to questions from youngsters for InStyle, ahead of her production company's latest documentary release, Cookie Queens. When asked about her superpower, Markle replied, "being a mum."
"I feel like we have superpowers because we juggle it all and enjoy it all with grace and grit at the same time," she said. When another child questioned what makes her feel brave, Meghan said, "Every day, when I feel a little bit like, 'Oh gosh, can I do this?' I go: 'Lili would do it.'" It comes after the doting mom-of-two has been told a 'humble pie' move could help her rebuild ties and save the Sussex brand.

Harry and Meghan's media production company Archewell Productions teamed up with Beautiful Stories and AJNA Films on the documentary, a coming-of-age tale centered on Girl Scouts selling their cookies.
The film, which premiered at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival, chronicles "four tenacious girls (who) strive to be a top-selling 'Cookie Queen', navigating an 800 million dollar business in which childhood and ambition collide," reports the Express.

In January, Meghan, 45, gave a speech at Sundance championing the project, helmed by director Alysa Nahmias, which she described as a "powerful and meaningful depiction of something that is an American tradition."
"This film is probably the cutest at the festival but I'm also going to go out on a limb and say it is one of the most powerful and meaningful depictions of something that is an American tradition and rooted in nostalgia," she said at the time.
"It is now put through this lens from the incredible creative vision of Alysa to show something modernized about the girlhood experience and all the layers of complexity that come with that.
"So yes, it's cute, and yes, these young ladies are fantastic and adorable, but they are also layered beautiful girls who are about to become very strong leaders and young women. So thank you for supporting that."

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex launched their media production venture in 2020, securing a continuing partnership with Netflix. Archewell Productions created the couple's documentary series Harry & Meghan in 2022, later followed by Meghan's lifestyle program With Love, Meghan in 2025.
The company has also produced Live To Lead, showcasing conversations with global leaders and influential figures, along with the documentaries Heart Of Invictus and Polo.
It follows Prince Harry's visit to the UK in July 2026 for events promoting the Invictus Games and charity engagements. During the trip, he and his family had a private reunion with King Charles and Queen Camilla at Highgrove.
The meeting at Highgrove House also included Meghan and the couple's two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, marking the first time the King had seen his California-based grandchildren since 2022.
