The Ralph Lauren menswear show in Milan had it all: heritage, handcrafted accessories that instantly transport you into Ralph's world and a supermodel-era revival.
Presented at Palazzo Ralph Lauren on Jan. 16, the Fall 2026 showing brought Polo Ralph Lauren and Purple Label together in a way that felt very intentional and celebratory. The collections were deeply rooted in in the brand's DNA, with high-quality designs that balanced aspirational and attainable.
Polo Ralph Lauren opened the presentation with a relaxed take on American classics. Utility jackets, brushed wool knits, quilted outerwear, and easy tailoring came through in rugged tones, giving familiar pieces a worn-in confidence. Accessories like Heritage Collection bags and Alpine boots kept the looks practical and grounded.
The season also introduced new designs from Polo Ralph Lauren x TÓPA, part of the brand’s Artist in Residence program with Oceti Sakowin designers Jocy and Trae Little Sky. The collaboration brought Northern Plains artistry into the collection, reinforcing Ralph Lauren’s long-running commitment to authentic craft.

Purple Label followed with a more refined counterpoint. Cashmere sport coats, double-faced finishes, sculptural outerwear and timeless eveningwear which showcased the collection’s focus on expert tailoring.
Handmade belt buckles and turquoise-set silver jewelry by Neil Zarama (Chiricahua Apache Nation) appeared throughout both collections as part of Ralph Lauren’s Authentic Makers program.

As Ralph Lauren explained in the show notes, Fall 2026 was all about the duality of menswear and celebrating diversity.
“I started with a tie, but it was never just about a tie — it was a way of living. When I began designing menswear, I was drawn to timeless tradition but never bound by it. What I do lives in the many styles and moods I create. My Fall 2026 collections are inspired by the different ways men live, their individuality, and personal style. From Purple Label’s effortless elegance to Polo’s reimagined preppy spirit, they reflect the worlds I’ve lived in and believe in.”

Then came the closer. Tyson Beckford stepped onto the runway, bringing the show to a close with a moment that had everyone talking. Beckford’s relationship with Ralph Lauren runs deep: his boundary-breaking 1994 Polo Sport campaign helped launch his career and shifted conversations around representation in fashion.

More recently, Beckford returned to the Met Gala in 2025 for the first time in 12 years, wearing a custom Ralph Lauren Purple Label look that he told PEOPLE was “dandy meets James Bond.” Reuniting with the brand, he said, felt “like being with family.”
That full-circle energy carried straight into Milan. Beckford’s final walk tied decades of Ralph Lauren menswear together—past, present and still very much relevant.
