Alan Ritchson is going up in the world, specifically the world of streaming.
The Reacher star, who stars as lead character Jack Reacher, has partnered up with Netflix for a first-look feature deal. The Fast X actor has formed a creative partnership with the streaming giant through his production company Dancing Skeleton, according to reports, with the first project being an untitled heist thriller set in the MotoGP world.
Fast & Furious writer and producer Chris Morgan will be writing the script for the new project, while Alan will star and produce. It comes after it was revealed Alan had to undergo testosterone therapy after his dramatic physical transformation.

Deadline reported the film "revolves around a crew of motorcycle thieves who begin stealing priceless antiquities around the world." The publication added, "Interpol recruits a onetime MotoGP prodigy (Ritchson) to catch them – until he realizes the ringleader may be his younger brother long believed dead."

Chris Morgan will produce alongside Ainsley Morgan for Chris Morgan Productions and RK Films' Joe Roth and Jeff Kirschenbaum. The publication went on to say that MotoGP has signed a deal to help consult on the film and will "fully support" the new project.

The 43-year-old star's upcoming partnership with Netflix comes after the success of military sci-fi action flick War Machine. It quickly climbed to the No. 10 spot on Netflix's Most Popular Movies List after hitting the streaming service in March, and earned a string of positive reviews from viewers.
He is also set to star in Jaume Collet-Serra's new action film Maelstrom, which tells the story of a federal marshal guarding an arms dealer’s fiancée against mercenaries when a hurricane traps them.
The action takes place over the course of one evening, as a hurricane blocks outside communication and the arrival of reinforcements, with men working for the arms dealer targeting them. Late writer Gregory Fitzpatrick penned the original screenplay for Maelstrom, with Hunters producer Mark Bianculli updating it.

Alan's exciting career news comes a few weeks after he took aim at President Donald Trump. The actor blasted the 80-year-old during a July 2026 appearance on the Happy Sad Confused podcast.
He unleashed an expletive-filled rant over the delayed release of the Jeffrey Epstein files and demanded Trump face legal accountability. The White House responded by defending Trump, stating he was exonerated regarding Epstein and noting transparency efforts.
“I'm just supposed to let go of my resentment that this f---ing guy is just raping the world that he lives in for whatever gain he personally can have, and I'm supposed to let that go?” the actor fumed in the episode.
“I think we should hold on to some of that anger so somebody gets Guy Ritchie’d and wakes up in a pool of their own teeth and blood," he added. Trump has always denied any wrongdoing when it comes to his relationship with Epstein.
