Rosamund Pike will reprise her award-winning role as a London judge in Suzie Miller's play Inter Alia

With direction by Justin Martin, the Broadway production begins previews Nov. 10 with a limited run at the Music Box Theatre in New York City

Rosamund Pike is heading to Broadway.

The Golden Globe- and Emmy-winning actress will make her Broadway debut this fall in Inter Alia, reprising her critically acclaimed performance in Suzie Miller's new play following sold-out runs at London's National Theatre and in the West End.

Directed by Justin Martin, the production will begin preview performances on Nov. 10 at the Music Box Theatre in New York City ahead of an opening night set for Dec. 1. The engagement will be strictly limited.

Pike stars as Jessica Parks, a London Crown Court judge determined to reform a legal system she believes is flawed. The play explores themes of motherhood, modern masculinity, and the tension between career and family life.

The project marks a reunion for Miller and Martin, who previously collaborated on Prima Facie, the hit one-woman legal drama starring Jodie Comer that transferred from London to Broadway and won her the 2023 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play.

Inter Alia has already earned major recognition, including nominations for Best New Play and Best Actress for Pike at the 2026 Olivier Awards. Pike has also won the Critics' Circle Theatre Award for her performance.

“What surprises me night after night performing this play is how audience members tell me they recognize themselves on stage,” Pike, 47, said in a statement. “Men find themselves moved and confronted, women declare themselves seen, and parents and children tell me the story has led them to vital conversations.”

"People recount how they laugh and cry with us, and that's all I can hope for," she continued. "Suzie Miller has an indelible way of putting women's experiences on stage in a way that touches, excites, moves, and blindsides. Justin Martin's direction fuels my imagination constantly."

She added that she is “thrilled and humbled” to bring the role to Broadway, calling the opportunity “beyond my wildest dreams.”

Playwright Miller also shared her excitement about bringing the production to New York audiences, describing it as a chance to engage in “a contemporary conversation” with theatergoers.

Pike is best known on screen for her Oscar-nominated performance in Gone Girl, as well as roles in Pride and Prejudice and the James Bond film Die Another Day. More recently, she starred in I Care a Lot and as Moiraine Damodred in Prime Video's The Wheel of Time.

With theatrical credits including Hedda Gabler and Gas Light, Pike is no stranger to the stage. But her performance in Inter Alia is remarkable, with Miller calling the actress "nothing short of magnificent in the lead role."

The play, whose title means “among other things,” premiered at the National Theatre in London before transferring to the West End, where it continues its run through June 20. A National Theatre Live broadcast has already reached more than 450,000 viewers worldwide.

Tickets for the Broadway run will go on sale to the general public on May 1, with an American Express presale beginning on April 27.

Additional casting for the production will be announced at a later date.
