It always rains in Seattle, but that hasn't been the case above Lumen Field during the 2025 NFL season.

In fact, the outlook is quite sunny for the Seattle Seahawks. They were 11-3 entering Week 16 and primed for a potential postseason run. Their outlook was boosted even more with a win over the division rival Los Angeles Rams on "Thursday Night Football."

Mike Macdonald's team had revenge on its mind after a tough Week 11 loss to these same Rams. Now, sitting in the NFC's top spot after their win, the Seahawks have to be feeling good about their chances going forward.

At the very least, they are now locked into the playoffs. Now, it's just about figuring out when and where they'll be when the postseason begins.

Here's a look at the Seahawks' playoff odds, remaining schedule and overall NFC playoff picture:

Seahawks playoff odds

The Seahawks had an estimated 99% chance to make the playoffs entering Week 16, according to NFL Next Gen Stats. They clinched their spot in the postseason with their "Thursday Night Football" win.

Seattle is currently in possession of the NFC West's top spot and leapt into the No. 1 seed in the conference with the win over Los Angeles. The Seahawks control their own destiny with two weeks left. If they win out, they're the NFC's top seed and get a first-round bye to begin the playoffs.

Seahawks remaining schedule

The Seahawks will face the NFL's seventh-hardest schedule the remainder of the season, per Tankathon. They have a key divisional clash with the 49ers in addition to a showdown with the playoff-hopeful Panthers before the regular season concludes.
