The past few years, The Traitors has done its job in filling the iconic Scottish castle setting with familiar faces. And Season 4, which premiered with its first three episodes on Thursday, Jan. 8 is no different, with a cast of 23 people that range from venerated reality TV legends to Olympic figure skaters. The most important casting choices, however, hone in on the nefarious individuals meeting up on a nightly basis to murder their competition. The highlight of Season 4's premiere, of course, was Alan Cumming's picking of the titular Traitors. But this time, there was a wrinkle. For the first time ever, a "Secret Traitor" was chosen right at the beginning of the game. Their identity would not be known by the other Traitors, as they would instead anonymously submit a shortlist as to who the others could murder. Suddenly, being a Traitor just got a lot harder. Here are the spoilers on who the Traitors are on The Traitors Season 4, as well as if any of them have been banished so far.

Who are the Traitors in The Traitors Season 4?Candiace Dillard Bassett

Candiace Dillard Bassett was committing nefarious deeds even before she met her fellow co-conspirators! After being picked as a Traitor, she began throwing out Lisa Rinna's name, only to realize that her fellow Housewife would be joining her in the turret. That speaks to the overall messiness that has made Candiace the most suspicious of this season's Traitors. Her efforts in throwing Michael Rapaport under the bus to Porsha Williams blew up in her face, though she was aided when the group turned on Porsha.

Lisa Rinna

Traitors fans were shocked as, for the first time, two Housewives were picked to be in the turret! But if there was one to choose, Lisa would be number one with a bullet. One of the most iconic Housewives in franchise history, she came into the game looking to bank on her previous acting experience. When Alan asked her why she's a threat, she simply replied, "Because I'm Lisa f—king Rinna." It was a good enough answer to get her donning a green cloak, as she's been going undercover in the role of a lifetime.

Rob Rausch

The biggest surprise of the season so far, perhaps, is Rob Rausch's quick rise to becoming a power player. As presented in his opening confessional, the Love Island star came into the castle perceived as an unassuming good-looking guy. But it turns out the snake wrangler had some snakiness in him as well! So far, he's the only Traitor who has not had some suspicion on him. And he's been the most vocal about getting rid of big threats like Ian Terry and Rob Cesternino. Could Rob have what it takes to slither his way to the end?

Donna Kelce (Secret Traitor)

In a first for the series, one player was given the title of "Secret Traitor." They would anonymously create a shortlist of options for murder, limiting the Traitors' manuevers while simultaneously hiding their identity. If the Traitors accomplished their murder in plain sight, they would be able to meet the Secret Traitor that night. Donna Kelce presented herself as a "normal person" starstruck by the celebrities around her. In actuality, "America's Mom" was the head of the castle household, being given the power of the Secret Traitor in the game's opening minutes.

Have any Traitors gone home on The Traitors Season 4?

Yes! After having suspicion on her from the beginning, Donna was voted out near-unanimously in the Episode 3 Round Table. And she left with some heartening words, telling the group on her way out, "You got yourselves a Traitor!" This came as a shock to the other Traitors, as well as a massive relief to the Faithful. Donna's banishment marks the earliest a Traitor has been voted out in the show's history.
